This product series is designed for easy and fast construction. Expandable Container Houses, also known as Mobile or Flat Pack Container Houses, are manufactured as expandable structures with integrated windows and doors.
Common applications include construction sites, oil and mining sites as engineer offices, soldier camps, refugee housing, government projects, and school facilities. These units are highly durable, relocatable, and easy to set up, making them ideal for disaster relief or residential use.
Rapid Installation: A single house can be installed in just 5 minutes. The units come complete with walls, roof, electrics, plumbing, and flooring.
Available Models
- Type A: Empty room design, 30m², loading 6 sets per 40'HQ.
- Type B: 2 Bedrooms & 1 Bathroom, 36.7m², including plumbing and sanitary wares.
- Type C: 20ft long empty room design, 33m², loading 4 sets per 40'HQ.
The walls utilize EPS sandwich panels and the roof is insulated with Glass Wool. Electrical wires are pre-installed inside ceilings and walls, including DB, breakers, power inlets, lights, and switches. The fully welded top and bottom frames ensure maximum structural integrity.
