The installation is extremely fast. A standard 20FT expandable house can be fully deployed and ready for use in just 10 to 30 minutes with a small team.
Q2: Are these houses suitable for extreme weather conditions?
Yes. Our houses are built with a galvanized steel frame and high-quality sandwich panels, making them earthquake-resistant up to Magnitude 8 and wind-resistant up to Category 12.
Q3: Can the interior layout be customized?
Absolutely. We offer modular layout options ranging from studio apartments to 4-bedroom configurations. You can customize the room placement, kitchen, and bathroom according to your needs.
Q4: What kind of insulation is used in the walls?
We primarily use EPS Sandwich Panels for excellent thermal performance. However, we also offer upgrades to PU Core or Rock Wool for higher fire ratings and enhanced insulation.
Q5: Is the structure protected against rust?
Yes, the entire frame is made of galvanized steel that is pre-welded and painted to provide maximum resistance against rust and corrosion, even in humid environments.
