Dormitories are designed with no more than 2 floors. Features include blue roofs, white walls, and blue doors/windows for a clean appearance. Per capita area is maintained at not less than 2.5 square meters with a clearance height of at least 2.5m.

Set at least 15 meters away from pollution sources. Canteens feature single-layer structures with suspended ceilings and include essential washing, disinfection, and grease trap facilities.

Shower rooms maintain a 1:20 ratio of showers to employees. Toilet rooms feature non-slip tiles, flushing facilities, and specific squatting pan allocations (1 per 20 for men, 1 per 10 for women).
